COOPERATION FOR BUILDING A FEDERAL DEMOCRACY, UNITY, PEACE & STABILITY FOR MYANMAR
The goal of the Ministry of International Cooperation is the building of a Federal Democratic Union of Myanmar, and the facilitation of peace, unity, clear communication and cooperation between all of the Ministries of the Federal Union of Myanmar, the Citizens of the Union, the Allies of the Union, and all stake holders both national and foreign. The MOIC will serve as directed by Parliament to help pave the way for a true Federal Democratic Union of Myanmar to emerge on the soil of this our great nation. We will not stop until a federal democracy has been established to provide unity and peace for every Citizen of Myanmar. Each Citizen will be afforded an equal opportunity to pursue prosperity and happiness and to exercise their unalienable rights of life and liberty.
